Free activities and events for World's End and Cremorne residents

We’re more than just a theatre. We’re a hub of support, connection and opportunity for the local community.

We run a number of health and wellbeing activities, and provide volunteer opportunities and community services for those living in and around the World’s End and Cremorne estates through our Community Champion Programme.

Pranayama Yoga

Pranayama Yoga

Mondays, 1pm-3pm & Fridays, 2pm-4pm | Age 18+

Feel refreshed and get ready for your week each Monday, or destress every Friday at these Pranayama Yoga sessions for all abilities. With the help of a level 3 trained yogi, you’ll focus on breathing techniques to help your mind and body relax and focus.

Musical Theatre

Musical Theatre

Mondays, 3.50pm-4.50pm | Age 4-7

Does your child love singing, dancing and acting? Our fun and supportive Musical Theatre workshop is a great place to grow performance skills, build confidence and make new friends. The weekly sessions will work towards a performance for friends and family at the end of each term.

Parents/Guardians need to sign an enrolment form at reception before the first session.

Join us on Monday 8th December, 5-6pm for our  mini musical adaptation of The Wizard of Oz! Find out more

Flashpoint FC: Junior Community Football

World's End Football Pitch | Tuesdays, Age 7-9: 4.30-6pm, Ages 10-12: 6-7.30pm

Flashpoint FC delivers high-quality, free football training for young people in the community.  These weekly sessions provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment for players to build their skills, fitness, and confidence, whether they are new to football or already experienced.

Young people who show commitment and development also have the opportunity to progress into Flashpoint FC match day squads, competing in organised fixtures and leagues across London.

Parents/Guardians need to sign an enrolment form at reception before the first session.

Beatbox, Songwriting and Vocals Workshop

Tuesdays, 6-8pm | Age 12-25

Free hot meal included!

Learn to beatbox and develop your singing and songwriting skills with Conrad Murray (award-winning beatboxer and director) and Nadine Rose Johnson (songwriter and performer).

Please note that there will be no workshop Tuesday 28th October (half-term break)

Community Choir

Community Choir

Wednesdays, 5.30-6.30pm | Age 18+

Do you love to sing? Come along to our community choir every Wednesday! Expand your vocal skills and meet other people who live locally.

Sing-along with Chelsea Theatre Choir in on Wednesday 17 Dec, 5.30-6.30pm! Join us around the piano in our foyer for Jingle and Mingle, a free, festive Christmas sing-along. Mince pies will provided!

Wednesdays, 10am-11am & 11am-Midday | Age 50+

Get fit and have fun at our Chair & Balance classes! Go at your own pace to improve muscle strength, mobility and overall fitness. Exercises can be adapted for all abilities, with the option to remain seated or stand.

Develop your acting skills with professional facilitators. We welcome all levels of experience and ability. Whether you want to perform for your career, build confidence or meet new people, these workshops offer something for everyone.

Knitting for Charity

Knitting for Charity

Fridays, 11am-1pm (Last Friday of the month 12.30-2.30pm) | Age 18+

Help keep vulnerable residents warm this winter. Our knitting group welcomes all adults who are able volunteer their time on a Friday. Knitting Pins and Wool will be provided – no need to bring your own. Socialise, improve skills, help others.

Traditional African Dance

Traditional African Dance

Fridays, 6pm-7pm | Age 18+

A fun, judgement-free dance class for all abilities. Led by a Personal Trainer, you’ll move to music that reflects the cultural background of attendees and local residents. A chance to socialise and learn more about fitness, health and wellbeing.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 4–7pm

Located just around the corner, Chelsea Youth Club is open three times a week for pool, table tennis, the gym and PS4, plus special activities throughout the week:

  • Monday: Football, 4-7pm
  • Tuesday: Progressay Tutors, 4.30-6.30pm
  • Wednesday: Cooking, 5-6pm | Boxing & Fitness Club, 5-6pm | Music Studio, 5-7pm
  • Friday: Wellbeing Workshop, 5-6pm | Dance, 5-6pm | 5-a-side Football, 5-6pm
