Catch a double-bill of two of the funniest comedians on the UK circuit, as they preview brand-new material.
Mark Simmons and Tiff Stevenson bring their work in progress shows to Chelsea before they head to Edinburgh Fringe Festival and go on tour.
Mark Simmons – Work in Progress
Known as the ‘Master of one-liners’, Mark Simmons had a groundbreaking sell-out debut tour, spanning 200 dates in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. He is now back with Jest To Impress, a brand-new show packed with even more expertly crafted one-liners, alongside his trademark off-the-cuff jokes based on random audience suggestions.
Mark also hosts the popular podcast Jokes With Mark Simmons, where he chats about jokes that don’t work with fellow comedians like Gary Delaney, Sarah Millican, Milton Jones and Penn & Teller.
“Master of the crisp, clean, one-line zinger.” – Evening Standard
Tiff Stevenson – Work in Progress
Tiff Stevenson brings a Work in Progress show about luck, boobs, war and entropy – a wonderfully chaotic mix of half-formed ideas, sharp observations, physical comedy and brilliantly funny jokes.
As seen on House of Games, Mock the Week and People Just Do Nothing, and heard on The Bugle, The News Quiz, Have A Word Podcast, The Daily Zeitgeist and Russell Howard’s Five Things, Tiff is one of the UK’s most acclaimed stand-up comedians.
“Emotionally intelligent, witty and quietly powerful.” ★★★★★ – Mail on Sunday
